This summer, we’re excited to have Kaden joining us as a construction management intern. Currently pursuing a degree in construction management with a minor in business administration at Minnesota State University, Mankato, Kaden is gaining valuable hands-on experience both in the office and onsite, contributing to a variety of projects that range from takeoffs and bids to participating in meetings and site visits.

Kaden’s internship is about more than just technical skills. His biggest takeaway so far has been the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with project managers, foremen, and other key team members. These connections have helped him understand the real-world responsibilities he will face after graduation and prepared him for a successful transition into the construction industry.

What stands out most to Kaden is Frana’s company culture. “Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. It feels like working alongside friends,” he says. This welcoming environment is part of what makes Frana a unique place to learn and grow.

Kaden’s family’s small construction business is what sparked his interest in project management when he was younger. However, his focus has shifted from labor-intensive roles to the business and management side of construction. 

Looking ahead, Kaden is dedicated to expanding his skill set and hopes to join Frana full-time after graduation 2026. We’re proud to support his growth and are confident he will continue to make valuable contributions to our team.
