•	A senior staff member is selected to be your Project Manager, responsible for estimates, scheduling, contract administration, job site meetings, and more.
•	Your Superintendent, an experienced multifamily housing professional, is then selected to supervise all field personnel, coordinate the activities of all subcontractors, interact with the owner and architect on a daily basis and personally handle all punch list work.
