Stuart Bestul is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Stout with a B.S. degree in Building Construction Management. From 1982 through 1991, Stuart worked for two construction companies in Colorado and Borson Construction Co. in Minnesota as an Estimator/Project Manager for $60,000,000 in single and multi-family housing work before coming to work for Frana Companies in October 1991 as a Project Manager/Estimator. Stuart has been key to Frana Companies continued growth in the housing market, managing over $273,000,000 of construction work representing 43 projects and totaling over 3,000 units of housing. Stuart recently completed the 87-unit Gramercy Club Cooperative at Elm Creek project in Medina, MN and is currently working on the 75-unit Gramercy Club Cooperative at Burnhaven Drive project in Burnsville, MN.
