Scott Clements, Project Manager, is a 1981 Graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a 1986 Graduate of Colorado State University, with a M.S. degree in Construction Management. He moved to Minnesota in 1986, and prior to joining Frana Companies Inc. in 2001, worked for several of the Twin Cities largest builders and developers. Since 2001, Scott has contracted over $81,000,000 in work representing approximately 600 units of "For Sale" and Rental townhomes, apartments, condominiums and cooperatives, including subsidized, market rate, luxury, and senior housing developments. Offering a broad base of management, marketing, and financial experience in residential, commercial and light industrial construction, the majority of Scott's background is in multi-family housing. Through his work on the Owner's side of the table, Scott brings a special understanding of the client needs to all Frana Companies Inc. projects.
