Sara Portner, CPA, CCIFP, Controller, is a 1994 graduate of Mankato State University with a B.S. degree in Accounting and two minors. Sara's hard work and dedication enabled her to become a Certified Public Accountant within one year of graduation from Mankato State University. Sara spent six years in public accounting with an emphasis on auditing and tax before coming to work for Frana Companies Inc. in September of 2000. Sara also holds the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional credential and has held leadership positions in the Minnesota Society of CPAs for several years. Sara's responsibilities include the management and supervision of all accounting and financial functions, facilitating daily accounting systems, budgeting, and directing the final cost reporting on all projects.
