Ryan Meissner is a 1996 graduate of Jamestown College in North Dakota with a B.A. degree in Mathematics and Business Administration and a 1999 graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. He came to work for Frana Companies Inc. in November of 1999 where he set up the systems and coordinated the work of a prefabricated Wall Plant. The Wall Plant produced, during the year 2000, walls for over 1,500 wood frame housing units. Ryan was promoted to Project Manager in the spring of 2001. Ryan has contracted over $130,000,000.00 of construction work representing 15 projects and over 1,100 units of housing. Ryan recently completed Eitel Building City Apartments in Minneapolis, MN and Deephaven Cove Townhomes in Deephaven, MN. He is currently working on the Mill District City Apartments, a 175 unit upscale apartment project located in downtown Minneapolis, MN.
