Mitch Osterholt, Vice President-Senior Housing, is a 1986 Graduate of the University of Nebraska, College of Engineering and Technology, with a B.S. degree in Building Construction Management. After graduation, he moved to Minnesota and worked for Sheehy Construction Company as an Estimator/ Project Manager. In 1993, he joined Frana Companies and has contracted over $318,000,000 of construction work representing 41 projects and over 3,300 units of housing. Through his vast practical and management experience, Mitch provides a solid foundation for managing all phases of construction and maintains superior customer and subcontractor relations. Mitch is very knowledgeable in the current trend and a technology related to the building industry and has particular expertise in Senior Living facilities. His current projects include the Senior Living Facilities at the Seasons of Maplewood in Maplewood, MN, York Gardens Assisted Living in Edina, MN and the Seasons at Apple Valley in Apple Valley, MN.
