Mitch Osterholt, Project Manager, is a 1986 Graduate of the University of Nebraska, College of Engineering and Technology, with a B.S. degree in Building Construction Management. After graduation, he moved to Minnesota and worked for Sheehy Construction Company as an Estimator/Project Manager. In 1993, he joined Frana Companies and has contracted over $210,000,000 of construction work representing 33 projects and over 2,500 units of housing. Through his vast practical and management experience, Mitch provides a solid foundation for managing all phases of construction and maintains superior customer and subcontractor relations. Mitch recently completed projects called Brentwood Hills in Inver Grove Heights, Meadows on Fairview in Wyoming, MN, and Bridgecreek Senior Place in St. Paul. He is currently working on the St. Therese at Oxbow Lake project located in Brooklyn Park, MN.
