Michael Benedict is a 1994 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a B.S. degree in construction. After graduation, Mike moved to Minnesota in the spring of 1995 and started working for Frana and Sons, Inc. as a Project Manager/Estimator. Mike has contracted over $202,000,000.00 of construction work to the present. Mike recently completed a 7-story, 133-unit For-Sale Condominium Building in Minneapolis and is currently working on a 4-story, 48-unit For-Sale Condominium Building and a 4-story, 44-unit For-Sale Condominium Building and a 3-story, 33-unit For-Sale condominium with retail below, both in Minnetonka, MN.
