Loren Frana is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. Loren joined Frana Companies Inc. in 1978 and has coordinated all of the government agency and construction activities concerning HUD, the Davis Bacon program, the Affirmative Action programs for the cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul and the Small Business Certificate programs. In the past ten years, Loren has completed thirteen housing projects, ten senior, one for sale condominium project and three rehabilitation projects, representing over $56,000,000.00 in construction cost.
