Kristen Glaros Hanson acts as a liaison between our clients and the firm. She is responsible for all marketing and business development for the firm. Since 1993 she has been assisting senior housing clients and long-term care facilities with grant writing including HUD 202 applications, HUD conversion grant applications and Moratorium Exception applications to the Department of Health. Kristen participates in development meetings and visits the site monthly for construction meetings.
