Kelly Mahon is our full-time administrator renewing our commitment to constructing quality housing projects in a secure and safe work environment. Kelly received the Advanced Safety Certificate from the National Safety Council in 1997 and worked as Safety Director for Opus Northwest until 1999 and then from 1999 to mid-2002 for Ryan Companies US, Inc. Kelly joined Frana Companies Inc. in mid-2002 as Safety Director. Kelly has dual responsibilities with Frana Companies Inc. and is the Completed Project Warranty Work Director for all projects. He has set up an online tracking and notification system that assists Owners and Frana Companies Inc. personnel with the timely completion of post-construction work items. Kelly will be provides weekly safety inspections to each job in the metro area and bi-monthly to out state projects.
