Justin Noah, Project Manager, is a 2003 graduate of North Dakota State University with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. He began working for Frana Companies Inc. in May of 2003. He started out as a Project Engineer and was in charge of managing all the required systems for the operation of the Frana Companies Wall Plant to the capacity of providing pre-fabricated walls for over 1,000,000 s.f. of wood-frame housing annually. Justin developed carpentry, labor and material histories of past projects to more accurately project future carpentry costs. With this knowledge of past projects, Frana Companies can provide Owners with a very competitive and accurate bid. He was promoted to Project Manager in the Spring of 2007, and since has contracted over $40,000,000 of construction work to the present. Justin recently completed two apartment buildings totaling 126 units in Woodbury, MN and is currently working on a 40 unit townhouse project in Waterloo, IA.
