Justin Noah, Project Engineer, is a 2003 graduate of North Dakota State University with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. He began working for Frana Companies Inc. in May of 2003. He has been in charge of managing all the required systems for the operation of the Frana Companies Wall Plant to the capacity of providing pre-fabricated walls for over 1,500,000s.f. of wood-frame housing annually. Justin has since then been developing labor and material histories of past projects as to more accurately bid future projects. With this knowledge of past projects, Frana Companies can provide Owners with a very competitive and accurate bid.
