B.J. MARIOTTI, Project Manager, is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a B.S. degree in Construction Management. He came to work for Frana Companies in 2000 as Project Engineer in charge of managing all required systems for operation of the Frana Companies prefabricated Wall Plant. In 2001 he worked under company founder Gary Frana as a Project Manager while maintaining his other Wall Plant duties. In 2002, he was promoted to a full-time Project Manager and since has contracted over $92,000,000 of construction work representing 49 Buildings and 751 Units of housing. B.J. has recently completed The Veterans and Community Housing Project, a 2 Building, 3-Story, 122 Unit Apartment complex and The Wyngate Townhomes of Maplewood, a 2 Building, 2-Story, 50 Unit Rental Townhome project.
